Bring digitally created artwork into print with attention to fine edges, gradients and large colour areas. Agree the intended print size early: a file that looks sharp on screen still needs sufficient detail at its final dimensions.
Ink, pencil, gouache & watercolour
For artwork made by hand, the quality of the photograph or scan shapes the reproduction. We discuss the production file and how its captured paper texture will interact with the printing surface.
Personal collections & commissioned work

Fine art pigment printing for illustration
Our fine art printing service uses selected Hahnemühle and Canson Infinity papers. Often described as giclée printing, this approach brings together pigment printing, a suitable fine art paper and a carefully reviewed file.
The final result depends on the whole process. A proof helps you assess the relationship between paper, colour, line and scale before producing the collection.
Hahnemühle papers for line, texture and colour
Photo Rag 308
A smooth matte cotton paper is a useful starting point for detailed illustration and restrained paper texture. Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 is a reference to compare when you want the drawing itself to lead.
German Etching, Museum Etching & William Turner
These textured papers offer different tactile qualities. German Etching has a defined felt structure; Museum Etching offers a heavyweight cotton sheet; William Turner has a pronounced watercolour texture. Review fine strokes and small type on a proof when considering a textured surface.
Albrecht Dürer, FineArt Pearl & Photo Rag Pearl
Albrecht Dürer offers a traditional watercolour character. FineArt Pearl and Photo Rag Pearl introduce a pearl finish for artwork that suits a reflective surface. Paper shade, sheen and texture should be considered together.
Canson Infinity papers for illustrated art prints
Rag Photographique II offers a smooth cotton surface. Edition Etching Rag II provides another fine art paper character to compare, while ARCHES Aquarelle Rag introduces a textured watercolour base.
For artwork with photographic elements or where a satin finish is preferred, Platine Fibre Rag is another option to discuss. Availability, paper weights and suitable formats are confirmed for each project.

Build a print collection around your work.
Choose sizes with intention
Consider the composition and how buyers will frame the print. Define the image size and overall sheet size separately, including any border for signing or a mount.
Test the details that matter
Review pale lines, subtle gradients, saturated colours and any small text. A smaller proof shows the composition; a crop at final scale reveals how the details will print.
Set the edition rules
Decide whether the work is an open edition or a numbered limited edition. Keep track of sizes, paper specifications and prints produced, and agree how signing or certificates will be handled.

Dropshipping
Direct shipment to your customer can be discussed alongside branded inserts and artist-supplied materials. We confirm the presentation and shipping arrangements before production; online store integrations are assessed separately.
