  • Wireframing, UI/UX Design, landing pages, Sitemap creation, Link structure, link building, Page description, title structure, Search Engine Image Optimisation, descriptions, alt text, metadata, keywords for images, Keyword analysis & strategy, SEO strategy, Local SEO, SEA, website maintenance and more

PROFILE

  • Background in marketing, communication, or a similar study

  • You’re a student and need to do an internship

  • Dynamic and enthusiastic

  • Able to work independently and can perform under pressure

  • No 9 to 5 mentality

  • Proficiency in Excel, MailChimp, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic and InDesign

  • Proficiency

  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Keyword Search.

  • You can work with MailChilmp

  • You can mangage multiple social media channels on different platforms with help of tools such as Hootsuite, Trello, Later

  • Affinity with fashion, beauty, skincare, e-commerce, photography and video production

  • Affinity with social media

  • Flexible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting and supporting with sales

  • Pitching our new and existing services and projects to new clients

  • Help launching new services and products

  • Scale our e-commerce product photography business

  • Scale our international client base with our remote photography services

  • Research on competition and new market opportunities

  • Update the prospect list, and lists related to the communication and promotion of the company

  • Follow-up the sales inquiries

  • Help with the organization of photoshoots

  • Help with the preparations for Paris Fashion Week

  • Contact Showrooms, multi-brand stores, PR agencies, advertising agencies, model agencies, photo & video production companies and marketing departments

  • Creation and implementation of sales and marketing tools

  • Digital duties (create and send out newsletters, update the website, social media, copywriting & SEO, …)

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks

  • Manage and update company database, input information and data

  • Manage and update creative freelancer database, input information

  • Outreach to new clients

  • Set up (sales) meetings and follow-up

  • Responsible for customer care/support

  • You will be taught the specific software

CULTURE

  • Remote with flexible hours

  • Hybride is also possible if you live in province Antwerp or Limburg (Belgium)

  • Zoom only meetings

  • In person meetings possible if you live close to Geel (Antwerp, BE) - 1 hour from Antwerp, Brussels and Hasselt by train and 30-45 by car.

  • No early meeting
